excerise progress - week 2

so ive started off slow. doing the interval training jumpingjacks and an ab workout every other day. it's only an under 20minute work out but im think im building up arm muscles. ((http://www.nowloss.com/ they sent me a free dvd soo i've been using it))

week2:
walked all the way fromazabu to john's house (3hrs?) and then i biked home the next day which took about an hour. 2hr rest and then i did my jumping jacks, concentrating on working my arms. also did the ab workout.

i feel good keeping up with this exercise. nothing like being poor and no money to do things than to force you to work out for free. lol not to mention i can lose a few before the Gackt fanclub event at the end of the month. ;)

i also checked my weight when i stopped at john's place. i've gained a little but it might be from the week prior when i first started exercising. I am currently 135.5lbs/61.4kg.

got a few pounds to lose/tone/whatever.

going on WEEK 2 woo. i think i might start adding more bike riding now into my time
