I loved it. A great light-hearted fun episode...and I'm a huge Agatha Christie fan (I think I have read all of her books, most of them several times) so I thoroughly enjoyed all the Christie in-jokes - I think I will have to watch it again just to count the number of her book titles in the dialogue. Very clever usage of her real life

I enjoyed watching something light with no angst - makes a nice change from most of my TV watching! I like Martha but thought her presence was unnecessary in the last episode, definitely worked better without her.
I was wondering if Agatha Christie had disappeared in real life - now I know.
Yes, the newspapers of the day made it a big story. She never talked about it but the usual theory is that she had a nervous breakdown after discovering her husband's affair and just walked out on her life for ten days.
I was about 50/50 on her stories - half of them were fantastic with endings I couldn't have guessed. The other half were just copies of previous stories and were obvious right from the first chapter.
I find her short stories aren't as good as her novels, and her later novels show signs of plot re-use and are quite slow moving. But when she's at her best, they are brilliant. I think I enjoy them because I have that kind of mind that enjoys seeing how all the little puzzle pieces fit into place.
Is Cluedo a British game? It's just called Clue here. :)
It's a murder mystery board game where characters with colour names eg. Professor Plum get murdered in various rooms with weapons like lead piping...I assume that's the same game as your Clue? I never knew it had a different name abroad. :)

And yes, I think Cluedo and Clue are one in the same - just with a different name over here. :) We have it,and a Harry Potter version of it as well. "Hermione Granger cast the petrificus totalis spell in the potions classroom." loads of fun!
