past couple of weekends ive been spending time in santa cruz. its really nice to just get away and go some place completly different. i love hanging around zach and his roomates. they are totally chill and those are the types of people i need to be around. its been really interesting cuz i threw myself in a situation that wasn't "my element". and i think i did pretty ok. its good to do that every now and then. it help to see your own strength and weaknesses. i felt really proud of myself  when i acted a certain way in a situation over there. normally when i find out someone is interested in me i become interested in them too and shut down cuz im too scared to talk to them. but i guess with my getting screwed over so much recently that that has changed me. cuz im rationalizing. scary i know...lol. but its good. 
im also proud of myself cuz i made this awesome treat! lol. i made rice crispy squares topped with a layer of choc. and then decorated with orange spiderwed icing. lol. im such a nerd. i can't cook so i guess i gotta learn how to bake. lol 
im going to go...im really tired. night
