The Beirut Legacy: Generation 1.0

May 15, 2008 09:36

This is my very first Legacy, ever. It's not awesome, yet. Right now I've got the first part up and am currently making the second, which should be available tomorrow. Constructive criticism is always appreciated. Enjoy!

A Suffibulum Production
This is the true story of Dahlia Beirut, as told by suffibulum.

It all started the day Dahlia took up residence with her distant cousin, Don Lothario, in the kind town of Pleasantview. Life was simple at first; Don left his womanizing aspiration in his pants when he approached his cousin and Dahlia did her best to make polite, small talk with the disgusting schmooze.
Dahlia: ZOMG! Video games, awesome!

When the paper arrived, Dahlia quickly set her mind to finding a job. After all, she couldn't mooch off Mr. Lothario for too long or he'd suspect something was up! Ignoring the internet machine, Dahlia did things the old-fashioned way and ended up staying in her current unemployment state. Meanwhile, Don lingered close by to make sure she wasn't taking advantage of him.

Quite disturbed by his shadowing and the less-than-cousinly comment he made about her butt, Dahlia confronted him. A glass of water was exchanged and Dahlia quickly called a taxi to get her the hell out!
Dahlia: $#*!?#$!11!!!!!1!!!!

Don immediately tried to repair the hole he tore between them. Dahlia, fortunately, was far from interested and continued to ignore him.

As soon as the taxi was seen she took off running to the yellow vehicle, it was like seeing land after being stranded on the ocean for two days.

Having purchased an unfinished home, Dahlia was more than thrilled to spend time there. After all, she'd get around to employment..and building..and starting a life.
Dahlia: Right?!
