The Holidays are Coming
A shout out to all my LJ friends, especially the old pharts.
Devon and I are going strong, over one year now (with a two-month hiatus basically for the jitters). We are happy!! We communicate so well, I can tell him anything, he truly cares about me, my well-being, my future, and our future kids. He is passionate about many things, including music, investing, healthful living, and most of all - MI!!
ps: he is a total goofball.
I spent Sunday with my sister Amy and my nephews Luke (4 and 1/2) and Nathanial "Natey" (9 months). We went to the Kidspace Museum by the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. They had outdoor water features, indoor bug exhibits, black lights (allowing us to genuinely scare Luke with our snarling teeth) and an earthquake display. Nate was amauzed by anything Luke did. Luke stunned the ladies with his spout-dodging capabilities on the concrete water shooter grill.
Luke is growing up too fast!!! I love them both so much!!!
Me and the band are working our butts off, gigging almost every weekend. We played at the Auld Dubliner in Tustin last Friday, I invited all my coworkers, and three showed up (I work for a company of about 90). I hate to admit that I'm bummed more didn't come.
