Erm, after waiting up till about 3.30am, waiting for World of Warcraft to download, I ended up lying in my bed till after 2pm. Oh hum. So that decided that today would be a lazy day. So I try to start up WOW, and what happens? They've amended the game since that download was launched, so I have to download patches for it. Which is also taking hours. *rolls eyes* As if I needed any confirmation that my broadband connection was shit, WOW just rubs my nose in that fact. Charming.
I am quite excited to play, but it doesnt seem to be happening at all. *sigh* Which is why I don't get excited about stuffs. Well I try not to. Actually I lie, I get excited about everything, from finishing work to writing this drabble. I am an exciteable 25 year old child. That's no bad thing. I am like that though. When I am happy, I am sky high and totally hyperactive, when I am sad, I am sitting in the corner crying to myself kind of sad. There's no in betweeny thing. I am either happy or sad. And today is a happy day. Dancing around my room, singing along to Good Charlotte, with Billy watching me like I am a douche. Billy is my cat, yes, after Billy Martin. I have mentioned him before (I think). He is the closest thing I am going to get to having a child, and I am happy with that. He sits next to me, on my bed, all day and play fights with the laptop. :) He has taken up an unusual habit of sleeping in the washing machine. I have no idea why, I just know that three times this week, I have found him sleeping in it. Its not even like the machine had clothes in, he was just lying in the drum. *thinks* Have I wrote about this already? Beh, I cant be bothered checking.
Anywho, seeing how Tezzie's blog made me realise that Benji pulled out of the DCMA party at the Roxy, which was happening last night. He said that he had to work on Cardiology. Which made me happy. It silences all the idiots, who have been saying that the band have not commited to this album. They have, and Don Gilmore is working again on some tracks. When did I miss out of the loop so much, I didn't know that was happening. I mean, Don obviously has a great relationship with the guys, as this is the third GC album he's worked on. So he knows them, which is good. That has ended up with me listening to Good Charlotte all day. Which, to be honest,. doesn't happen as much as it used to. So when I have a day of GC tuneage, I get very hyper and happy. And by the most telling thing, I look at my GC pics and just wanna hug them all. Benji hugs are the best. Actually Benji is the best, period.
And today's visual playlist is brought to you by the letters G and C.
