Happy New Year Boys & Girls!!!
So...I've really stopped updating. I just haven't felt the need to. I think part of it has been a need just to use the internet less in general...which has been a nice break, but part of it just is the lack of anything to follow.
But when I got on here tonight, after having been off several days, all sorts of people have updated. So. Perhaps I just need to be better. :)
So...2007. I haven't heard a lot of people talking about resolutions...Trav & I talked about it and we don't really have any...anybody out there have any? I'd love to hear them...usually I have a list of several small ones, just little things that I want to change/do, but for once I really don't have any.
The holidays went really well. I had a blast. It's been great being out of school, & I got to see most of my friends (minus a few *frowns*) and spend a lot of time with my family. My little nephew's growing like a weed...I'll work on putting up a picture sometime in the next few days...
I'm a little ready to start school back next week, but at the same time I'm really enjoying just living & working & not being sooo stressed all of the time. sweeetpeaches & I already have "homework"...one of our teachers sent an e-mail out a few days ago attaching a syllabus & all sorts of crazy shit...& that class looks insane! I know it's going to be really interesting (it's a Soc class...People & Problems of the 3rd World via Hoover) but if I didn't have to have it, & if I didn't *heart* Hoover, I might just drop it & call it a day. Damn.
So, yeah...school stress never really went anywhere. I've got 18 hours next semester. I'm going to try not to flake out, so maybe starting before the semester starts isn't such a bad thing after all???
