crazy holidays
finally most of the crazy holidays have gone by and only things really left are New Years Day (not much of a holiday but still one nonetheless) and birthdays... well... i guess new years eve too... but that day Joey's getting surgery on his hand so hopefully it'll be a quiet one for us.
Joey's brother Chris is living with us now... he's goin to rent from us and stay here in va i guess even though i thought he hated va... i guess he doesnt hate it as much as his old roomies.
Our Christmas wasn't on Christmas, it was more on Christmas eve... we had our Christmas dinner with ham and pinapples and we even opened our presents then...
I don't know if joey liked all of his... i know he liked at least one of them... but i'm not sure about the others... > . <;;;
and hopefully chris didn't feel too left out or anything we got him a few things but that doesn't mean he liked them...
I feel kind of scatter brained right now... a little more than usual... i think its because i'm having a hard time sleeping through the night. I keep waking up because my mouth is so dry or because i have to use the bathroom.... and then i can't go back to sleep for at least a good hour.... maybe its because of the baby... i have no idea.... but i wish i could just go back to sleep when i wake up in the middle of the night...
i noticed the other day how big my belly is.... and i realized that being obese is a disability...
i was trying to paint my toenails.... since my sweet hubby made them look all pretty and stuff and my fingernails too... :-P
well i realized i couldn't paint them like i used to... i couldn't really see them in a bird's eye view... because my belly was in the way of my leg...
so i just kinda randomly painted where my toenails should be... by the time i finished painting all 10... (both feet) the first ones were dry so i used a mirror to llook at my feet, which was still hard and uncomfortable, and cleaned the parts i painted that weren't nails...
gosh... it felt like a job... it was so hard > . < i thought it was a joke when people say that "fat" people can't even see their feet... i can only imagine what a pain in the butt it is for them to do things that require them to bend....
all day yesterday, since i didn't move around much to rock my baby to sleep, Julianne pretty much had a party.... and of course it reminded Joey of the Alien movie where the ailen baby claws out of the belly and pops out.... hehehe
its not so bad when she moves around... but sometimes she'll kick the nerves and the ribs ... and of course my bladder, just right to make me quinch....
ive been eating more and more junk food... which isn't good for me or Julianne... so i think i'm going to have to be a lil more careful with that > . <
other than that... i'm ready to take another nap...
maybe i'll take one before i head off to work....
