(no subject)
i have done in home day care for about 20 years, i have put in my notice and turned up the hot water heater. per county rules the water temp has to be 124 degrees. i have never been able to get the temp right, so we have lived with water in the 117 range. never enough water for a bath or long shower. i have turned up the heat, its so exciting to get a nice HOT shower.
in other exciting news, i have packed the living room and dining room, so far i have 5 boxes, which is excellent, considering that my house is jam packed with stuff. the kitchen will have the most, i'm not getting rid of my kitchen things. my sister has a terrible coffee pot, takes 20 minutes to make a pot. i have a bunn, 2 minutes and its coffee time.
three weeks from this friday and we are leaving. i am going to take my cna test and next fall go to school and get my lpn license. a job with benefits.
