I'd be amused if I wasn't so pissed off....
So...for the job I applied for which I was screened out of because I didn't have a degree (and ergo apparently no "critical thinking skills") has gone to a girl who's 25 years old, graduated in 2013, and worked in our office as a student for 2 years.
According to the staffing note we just recieved, she has "vast" experience serving students in a registrarial setting.
Really? I think my definition of that word is rather different.
But maybe that's my inferior communication skills at work...
