A busy weekend
This weekend I finally worked up the nerve to cancel cable and my land line phone (so any of you without my cell number, message me and I'll send it along), cancelled my Verizon wireless netbook account (ate the fee but it's still cheaper than continuing with the service), stopped my 401k contributions, updated my resume and salary history and references, and signed up and filled out my profile/resume with LinkUp.com.
On top of this, I scored some very nice clothing (half of it appropriate for work) at the clothing swap party mistressfetch threw on Saturday night,. and I logged in about four hours of freelance work on a proposal today, and anticipate seeing a bit more later this week.
Things I didn't get done: laundry, clean fish tanks, finalizing resume so I can start applying. All these things are to be done shortly, though, or I'm in trouble.
