Pirates and Birthdays
Today has been a pretty good day. It was my birthday and I threw Jacob a bday party since his is Monday. I stayed pretty busy setting up and entertaining. It was fun though. I did a pirate theme, I had all kinds of pirate oriented food and a sand box with treasure for the kids. I decorated the swing set like a pirate ship, Jacob and I even dressed like pirates.
Only 2 bad things happened...I stubbed my toe somehow and ripped my nail so it's sore and bloody AND Jen (my sister-in-law) decided to stay at the airport with her ex-boyfriend (or whatever he is) because his plane was delayed so she didn't even come down. I've tried not to thing of the Jenny thing though because she pissed me off so badly. (2 weeks ago she came down to help me take the kids to our neices bday party in B-ham and she had alcohol poisoning so I had to keep pulling over for her which caused us to be late...which she had been with Chris the night before)
Jacob really seemed to enjoy the party and so did everyone else. Well I need to get some sleep...I'm running off of caffeine and I really need to stop that.
