TBR is threatening to fall on me

Inspired by a recent post of a fellow bookcrosser, and realising that I have loads of books on my TBR that are there for reasons other than 'I really want to read it', I plan to have a massive cull of TBR, jsut in time to take all the rejects to the uncon.
I need to say this here to keep me focussed and on track.
I took 4 books off TBR yesterday.
I will no longer be weak when it comes to books on TBR, they have to earn their place now.
