Hockey and DDR are both fun, to watch and play respectively. Most of my roommates at college had DDR. It was a funny coincidence.
And it's funny that you list chicken marsala as your fave, because so far? The few times I've had it, it has not impressed me. ^__^ I listed it as my least fave, in fact, because the wife made it again this week. Better than last time, still not awesome. (Seafood? No seafood at all?)

Chicken marsala does not impress you!? Pff, I don't think we can be friends now. I actually made it myself for the first time this weekend, for V-day - oooh it turned out amazing. I really really love mushrooms though, that may be a prerequisite.
Seafood: I like me a nice New England Clam Chowder, and I recently had sushi for the first time and was ok by it. I could eat salmon if I was at a wedding or something and none of the other options appealed to me. But for the most part, nope. I blame my mother's repeated attempts to make me eat shrimp as a child. Buuuh.

In all honestly *looks around* it could just be the way the wife makes it. The first time, she admitted to messing something up and the pot as a whole wasn't finished (I hate wasting food, but I couldn't eat it). This time, she says it's closer to what she's had before and elsewhere, but it's sweet (I don't care for sweet meets at all. I grew up with salt on my meant and I've never acquired a taste otherwise

If you choose not to participate in your own journal, but are curious, you can find mine here. I have no secrets (or shame >D).
You're not the only person to say you'd only pick me up if you knew me on sight. And here in the city, I'd probably agree with that. But back home in Michigan? I've picked up more than my fair share of hitchhikers over the years.
An oatmeal cookie martini sounds AMAZING. *does want* And impolite people are the pits.
Brain tumors are very scary. *glomps* I can't even imagine, sweets.
I had a crush on Billy for the longest time. Not Jason, oh no. I like my boys with glasses. (Did and do.)
Evil clowns are evil, sure, but some are cute. I like the clowns at the circus, typically. But on television? Odds are 99:1 that the clown is going to be evil, creepy, sick, or annoying.
Australian Rules Football. Is it rougher? Less padding? Is it soccer?
I've seen a ghost, once. My grandmother's house. I'm pretty convinced it was her deceased second husband (he died in their bed while she was at work back in the 70s).

LOL. Which is why I'm scared of them.

LOL. No its definitely not soccer (I take it you're not a fan?). Aussie Rules is really hard to explain; there's four quarters, 18 players each side, with no padding, on an oval, four posts each end. The aim is to kick it through the middle posts (6 points), but if you get it through the outer its 1 point.

Not a fan, only in the sense that I've never heard of it or been exposed to it. It sounds interesting (for some reason, I kept imagining a Quidditch pitch for the oval. >D)
I will check out the vids in the morning.
The ghost didn't scare me. I was young and didn't quite realize what it was until afterwards. But definitely not real, man-shaped and watching us out in the yard. My mother's seen him, too (found this out years after the fact), and we just generally agree in the family that he's watching out for Grandma and waiting for her. (He's been very, very patient, but from what I've heard, he always was a good man.)
I've also heard a ghost call my name before (I think). -That- was creepy, especially as it was something like 3 or 4 in the morning. Same house, though I swear the voice was female. But it was either a ghost or an auditory hallucination (to which I'm not exactly prone, so). Or perhaps a dream. It was late.
Do you have a favorite way of eating parsnips? A favorite recipe or way to cook them? I ask because my experience with them is limited, but I like to have a definite plan of attack before buying new-to-me foods.
Would you (be willing to) share a tale of one of your arrests? I am very curious to know for which types of things you'd go to jail.
Pooh... is either not a food (in my experience) or it's a food with which I am not familiar. And this isn't a question, because I'm not sure I want to know. >D
I need your permission! To... *gasp* breathe.... ^__^ You are clever and snarky. This is my first impression of you, via iHero and I hope it never changes. You amuse me greatly, thank you.
Roasted, with gravy. They are sweeter than potatoes. Yum! Also sweet potato, roasted or chipped. Parsnips don't make good chips, but they make good crisps.
I have been arrested for beating up a guy who attacked a friend of mine. I was released and then they guy himself was later arrested in my place. All his fault.
Pooh is another word for faeces. I wouldn't want to eat that.

Um, so that's not a very good explanation. A few vids might be clearer. LOL then again maybe not -
