River is only about 10 months old, but I can already tell she is going to be one interesting cat to live with.
Case in point: she seems to *love* grain products. We've learned to always put away the bread first when we come home from the grocery store, because otherwise she will tear holes in the package and nibble it. Once recently I found she had gotten the bread package open and scattered about 4-5 slices all over the kitchen floor. To quote the Tenth Doctor: "What?!"
She did something similar with a box of cereal the other day; and just now she was poking at a box of crackers, trying to figure out how to open it.
Screwy kitten.
