Nice! You caught the voices just right. I thoroughly enjoyed this.

Thanks! I don't have nearly as much practice writing Rose as I do Donna or even Martha, so, much appreciated!

Well for not having much practice at Rose, you captured her nicely.

You and I are scarily close in age, it sort of helps to have a more -aherm- mature take on writing characters!

Ah, Rose isn't that difficult. Eleven, now, *he'd* be a challenge. Part of the reason I haven't tried to write him yet...

Anyway, yeah. I figure there have to be a *few* people out there who want to read stories that explore other aspects of the characters besides who they're sleeping with and how. :-)

LOL! Oh gawd yes! I like stories for stories, not constant sex, LOL!

I actually have more of Eleven's voice in my head than I do Ten. Matt has this way of combining an ancient time-traveler, with a very impish boy. Just look at his reactions when he realizes who River Song is and the way he looks and reacts to Rory and Amy. Just like a guilty schoolboy... who just discovered that the parents found out what he was doing with their daughter... Priceless acting!

Ah but I digress. I am itching to try a Doctor Who fic, having just mastered a Sherlock one recently. (To some very good reviews) But I haven't stepped out into the waters yet...

Yeah, I like Eleven. He's great. Maybe I *could* write him if I sat down and tried. So far, though, Ten is just easier for me to get a handle on, and think of stuff for. *shrug*

One more non-sex-obsessed Who writer would be more than fine with me!

I'd do it if I thought I had a good plot, but my support network is non-existent. Makes it tough to write...

I can't come up with a plot to save my life, and it hasn't stopped me! :-D

I have snippets of ideas, actually with Ten, really. My problem is that I thrive on one-on-one interaction with other writers and/or brainstormers... which I have none at the moment. Makes it extra hard for me to even get going on a fic. I do a 100+ words a day exercise to keep me going (Writers life support system? Do I dare take myself off the machine???) until the lightening strikes again.

You don't happen to chat do you?

Afraid not. :-( I appear to have a client for it, but I've never had call to use it. Maybe my husband can help me set it up later, though. (He's the techie, not me.)
