Um, I'll see what I can do, but no promises. Off the top of my head, I really can't think of any such moments. Ten actually got slapped a lot less than fanfic writers would have you believe, and in the scenes where it did happen, he never had any warning.
Well, I wasn't talking (just) about the number of times he's gotten slapped, just times when he's actually realised he stuck his foot in it. Which might be as rare cause you know what he's like!
Exactly. He just didn't have that kind of sensitivity. The only time I can recall him ever realizing when he'd said something wrong was when Donna was talking about having "made up" the perfect man as someone who could hardly speak a word and asked, "What's that say about me?", and Ten said, "Everything," then backpedaled so fast he practically left skidmarks. Fortunately for him, Donna wasn't in a slapping mood.
If that's what his flabbergasted look does to you, you'd probably better not look at the "open mouth with tongue showing" spam that I've got planned. :-)
I know! You'd think he would eventually have come to expect it whenever he spent a lot of time with a woman during an adventure, but apparently it never did. :-)

Ooh! Have you got a 'she's gonna slap me!' expression picspam? Cause with Jackie and Donna there's
bound to be a
few knocking around.
