Not really sure. I just type what I think should go there: Title, Characters/Paring, Timeframe (if it's relevant), etc.

I'm not even sure there is a format...

Ordinarily I don't do somber. Well, I do, but usually with a hint of hope. This was... definitely different for me.

Of all the WoM related fics to pop up in the last day or two this is by far my favourite. I really feel like you've captured his mindset in this, his bitterness and how triumphant he feels in his moment before, as you said "time takes its own back".

I loved the bit too about being tired of obeying the laws of time, reminds me of a quote I ran across recenly from Virginia Woolf:

“I have had enough of the rules. How straight the path and how strict. This you must do; this you must not.”

Loved it. Very well executed.

The way I look at it, it was only a matter of time (so to speak) until the burden finally broke him. I only hope he gets some sort of beautiful redemption before he regenerates.

I agree. You can only lose so much before you crack under the strain. Sort of makes you wonder how the ep would have panned out if he'd still had Rose or Donna with him.
