I don't know, I think Tennant is definitely the skinniest Doctor. But he and Davison are the same height (according to IMDB), so he might pull it off with a belt or something.

At least Tom Baker was tall enough that it didn't really look that bad on him. Well, it did look silly, but think how silly it would have looked on, say, Sylvester McCoy.
