So my mom got an email from someone in the PTA telling her about this used prom dress drive. The nurse at our school, Ms. Griffen-Bakken is collecting used prom dresses (homecoming...formal..whatever), shoes, jewelry, etc for girls who can't afford new prom outfits. I thought this sounded like an awesome idea, especially since we all have gorgeous dresses we only wore once and probably won't have an opportunity to wear again. I dunno, maybe you will. But if not...I just thought this was a really nice idea.
