I know my entries generally suck, but I thought this was kind of funny...
I love the song "Eros' Entropic Tundra" by Of Montreal, and I know the lyrics go:
"I was walking with my parents through St. Peter's Park when I saw a young couple with a child"
But when I hear it in my head, the lyrics go:
"I was walking with my parents through St. Peter's Park when I saw Ian carpool with a shark"
Hahahaha! I find this terribly funny right now. Maybe I'm just tired in the head after an arduous week at work.
Uffda. Tomorrow, between 10 and 14, is our building's annual "dugnad". I don't know the English word, TriTrans calls it "voluntary communal work". I should feel bummed; however, I've decided to become a "yes" person, and not go through painstaking efforts to avoid this. I'm going to participate like heck and be nauseatingly perky the whole time! Or try, anyway... Wish me luck!
