So this weekend was my first big weekened with big crowds that I had my iPhone with me, and I have to say, what a disappointment. Oh sure, I was able to get it to do the things I wanted to do, MOST of the time. I'm not knocking them for having it not work when I was in the basement of a building. But come on!
The best/worst example of this was in the line at Starbucks. I was in line and updating Facebook, I literally (and I mean literally) I took two steps, and it dropped from the network.
At this same time I was able to observe

Tonya on her Verizon Blackberry.. The entire weekend, not counting times she was in the basement of a building, she was only unable to access her data network ONCE.
So my question to AT&T is, how can you not be completely ashamed of yourself when I observe a competitor and find their service to be better? If you don't improve your data service you are certainly going to find a lot of people thrilled to find another data network just as soon as you lose iPhone exclusivity.
