Such a welcome I have had, all from one journal entry! It is good to know that I was wrong to hesitate, and I will try to overcome my normal shyness. Today I managed to wave at... ah, I think his name is Sengoku-san? He is the tall one with red hair who smiles a great deal. And after all of the conversations I had in my other entry, it almost seems ( Read more... )

roommate, overcoming shyness, friends

Oh, hello. Manga, you say? Perhaps I will see if you have any I do not have. I am still learning to read kanji, but I am getting better. Thank you for the welcome, and I would love some cupcakes!

[ooc: My Lili has a sweet tooth, so feel free to ply him with cupcakes if you ever want to bribe him into doing something!]

M.A.N.G.A.

I kneel before you. What titles do you have, sempai?

[OOC: Strikes deleted. You'll notice that Kin-chan's called Marui 'sempai' instead of his name or a nickname? He does that when people are being awesome~ (with the exception of Superhero-san / Tezuka)]

I have a lot of them at home but my mother didn't allow me to bring them to school.

I like stories about superheroes and adventure. Do you have any like that?

Hm, I have One Piece, Bleach, and a few others, if you would like to look through them. It is the blue box under my bed. You are welcome to borrow whatever you like.

[ooc: I don't think this has occurred to either of them, but Lili's manga are all in English. He has the American versions. ^^]

Yatta! You're an awesome roommate, Lili-chan!

[OOC: Yep -- there's the nickname~ And Lili-chan reading for Kin-chan would be cool. Awkward for Kin-chan but cool.]

That's right, you may call me Marui-sama

Anything in particular you're looking for? I've got most of everything, just none of that sappy romance crap. But I'm sure at least one person on campus is a closet shoujo manga fan if that's what you want and BL You liked heroes right? Have you read Anpanman?

gontakure November 17 2012, 15:18:52 UTC
Yes, sir!

Heroes, yes! And who hasn't read Anpanman? It is the coolest! Though, since I arrived here, I haven't read any new manga because I only have money for food. I could ask mother to increase my allowance but I know she won't if she finds out that it's gonna be spent on manga.

Someone actually reads BL???
