(no subject)

I noticed I have three kinds of characters (when cut roughly): First ones are.. well, idiots. Or just very immature ones. Generically they have a big hart but small action between brains synapses.
Then I have these mindfucker-geniouses. That are, like, the whole opposite of the first ones. They look sneaky and continiously tired or gone-insane. And they are mary sues like whoa. Also 70% of them appear as cannibals or otherwisely strongly interested on something twisted.
And then there's sexually active, eyecandy-like characters that are usually combined with either of the first two charactures. And are 99,9% gay. All of them. So gay.

Is this something I should be worried about? %D
Or are characters just a very sneaky way to look inside someone's mind?

I quite enjoy to fiddle with this. Do we make characters by our own interests on the subject the character is made of, or are they reflecting pieces of us alone? I'm certain that a writer cannot make a character about something they haven't experienced themselves. It's really interesting to think about this while reading a book - you can really feel when the writer's truly felt just like the characters.

But hm anyway. For someone who draws the characters mostly, the physical part is probably bigger, - or at least - more visible issue. When an artist creates characters, they are made over the artist's aesthetical preferences. That's something interesting to think about too. I must admit - sometimes I judge whether I'd like the person whose art I'm viewing by his or her likes in characters. I just feel more attracted to a person who has the same kind of taste in aesthetics than I have. But I think it's a natural reaction from a human being. :D

Mwrah ok to sleeep.
