As Long As The Room Keeps Singin'
So around 2pm this afternoon I got a call from the "Chatham Superior Court" telling me that the jury panel selection on Monday has been canceled. I was just starting to look forward to getting away from work and doing something interesting.
In other news I told my boss I was going to start charging him a consulting fee. Every day this week he's brought in a computer he's "fixing" and hasn't been able to solve the issue. I have no problem lending a hand whenever or wherever I can because heaven knows I need help occasionally. ;) I have an ethical dilemma when someone comes to me with the same problem (which was a basic driver issue) over and over, gets me to fix it, then turn around and charge his/her client $100 to fix the problem.
So he's either going to stop seeking my help or i'm going to be getting a consultation fee at a rate of 40%. Either way i'll be happy. =D
