Word on the street is that the five members of the former pop super group - Geri Halliwell, Emma Bunton, Melanie Chisholm, Melanie Brown and Victoria Beckham, better known as Ginger, Baby, Sporty, Scary and Posh - are secretly planning a world reunion tour.
Rehearsal dates have been penned-in, apparently, and concerts are expected to eventuate by the end of the year.
The British quintet disbanded in 2001, after Geri Halliwell's high-profile split from the group in the spring of 1998.
The motivation for the reunion is reportedly the huge interest that's been generated in Britain for the comeback tour of British boy band Take That.
