Went to Speedway and Western today to check on the job situation. Lori at Speedway says I'm next on her list to hire, she just needs to wait until business picks up again (sup with every company being slow nowdays?). She said she'll let me know by next Tuesday. Patty at Western said basically the same thing. Now I wait...
Ran a few errands today. Got in a yelling match with a gangster motherfucker in a red caddy because I came too close to his car at a red light. I didn't even touch the damn thing. Shit, I wasn't even properly riding; I was skating alongside his car on my tob tube because it was such a tight squeeze. The asshole started honking like mad and then yelling at me to "obey the law". Dumbass. And then another guy told me he was going to make a hood ornament out of me. Good lord.
I had an awesome dream last night. I dreamed I was going to some sort of private reform school, and during lunch they barricaded us in the room with these steel bars. I stood on my lunch table and began shouting something about how I refuse to eat like cattle trapped in a paddock and how this is completely inhumane and unnecessary. They took down the barricades after my shouting, but then as I was playing during recess I saw the teachers put the barricades back for second lunch. I began running around the playground and rallying the kids and shouting out something about the resemblance between the lunchroom and Auschwitz. I then began screaming "SIEG HEIL!" and got the other kiddies to chant with me. It was an intense dream. I loved it.
My goal for today is to do major room-cleanage. I guess I'll do that now.
