ONE PIECE 2011 calendar
And here goes the 2nd package out of four I've been waiting for: ONE PIECE 2011 Calendar!! XD One word: HUGE It's unmistakably the biggest calendar I've owned so far :D I took a picture with my Newtype mags to give you an idea (and the Newtype is a big magazine itself), though in the end it wasn't good idea: because of the perspective, it gave off a weird effect, with the Ntype in first plan looking bigger than it should comparing to the calendar =__=
The actual dimensions are 59.4cm x 42cm, aka A2 format. There are 7 pages in total, including the transparent like one which somehow act as some sort of cover, right above the first page (January/February) as you can see on above photo. Just like for the DGM calendar, no scanning from my side, because it's too big for my scanner anyway, but also and more than anything because all these pics are part of the manga, those are all double splash color pages, nothing new as far as I could tell. All in all, it's a very pretty calendar with great art and I'm glad I bought it ^__^ I don't know how to explain it really well, but it got a very cheerful feeling to it that makes you smile when watching the artworks :D This is One Piece for ya! I took photos of all the pages, as a preview, to give you guys an idea of the content, but once again, no new art; also, sorry if the last photo is blurry, I should have retaken it, but at that point I had already put it back in its box and was too lazy to take it out again :P
Now, that was the easy part...now I have to do some heavy scanning and editing of Kobato and Gate7 chapters, that's gonna take a while ;__;
