it means for some reason, you're probably blaming yourself for all the special moments typical kids have with their parents that you've missed out on...you're probably ultra stressed about a ton of shit, but want to find a way to spend even a little bit of time con tu pardres espcailly now that youre concerned about your dad's health and all.

And the reason why you remember this one inperticularly is because it's a thought meaning to stick in your head to make you a better person to your parents. Not so much predicting the future, but def changing the way you appreciate things, even if it's something little...
