Writer's Block: Left Behind
Have you ever seen the movie Dragonheart? That. I want to have a dramatic death set to an amazing soundtrack after saving a bunch of people and be considered a legendary hero. Then, instead of staying and rotting on this planet in a very undignified manner, my body would de-materialize and rise into the heavens, where it would burst and create millions of new stars. Perhaps forming glorious new constellations, and have people pass down the story of how I saved a bunch of people from generation to generation while pointing out the constellations.
That's the way to go.
OR. My body could burn up into ashes. I just don't like the thought of having my remains hanging around where people could find them and rearrange my bones all wrong like they did to dinosaurs. Although winding up a zombie dragon like Bonetail could be neat.
