As I'm sure you are aware, managing the twins was your responsibility. If you cannot manage the twins and allow them to quit so easily, you won't be managing Shindou-san, either.
Until you get the twins and their tall friend to reform, Shindou-san is off limits. Understood?

We've got three other bands lined up! It's not that big of a deal if one that isn't even serious about the whole job quits! I-It's probably better off this way! Less stress and headaches and premature bald spots to deal with, you know?!

Yes, we do have three other bands lined up and like I said, you won't be managing any of them until you come up with an appropriate solution to the twins and their friend disbanding so suddenly. You can always force them to play until they get that photo collection to you.
