justin townes earle is one of those that you will have to pay alot of money to see one of these days.
he and his mando/banjo/blues-harp slingin' pal had more charm, swagger and rukus than all of los campesinos.
he stomps his boots, sounds like roger miller/buck owens/ray price, plays train songs to doc watson to townes van zandt to hillbilly country;
all with a slick east tennessee accent that puts me back in a place i love. by g-d. pretty much my hero, a timeless classic, just like his namesake.
