tonight was pretty cool. i have been feeling pretty weird about the whole shift change at Independence/ finding a new job thing. so i avoided going out last night, but there was no avoiding tonight. i almost did but Bob wouldn't let me. my friend Sean, who is like my all out inspiration when it comes to the dj thing, just got back in town and was spinning. i needed perspective and i got it. i only see him like 4 times a year so therefore i appreciate our conversations. ya know how you can talk to someone everyday, and you appreciate your friend, but sometimes you feel like you are bitching about the same things? well, not here. there's always a new thing to talk about/learn from someone that you never see.
so i feel better.
i know things are gonna be ok and i know what i have to do in order to get by.
