[Personality] As ambitious and determined as she once was, obtaining her doctorate and becoming a doctor at the Royal London Hospital against her parents' wishes, her mentality quickly changed and began to slip during a few unfortunate circumstances. She holds a deep loathing for the color red like her hair that she inherited from her father that dates back to her childhood. It was the color of her hair that gave her the glimmer of hope that Ciel's father would love her in return, however he married her sister, Rachel instead. Because of her love for her sister, she accepted this. Then red struck again, claiming the life of her husband, the man she grew to love, and loved her deeply even after knowing she harbored feelings for another. Red also claimed their unborn child in the same carriage accident that killed her husband, and left her barren.
Though barely keeping it together, Madam Red swallowed her despair to attend her nephew's birthday party, only to find the Phantomhive manor engulfed in red flames. Losing all that she loved and cared about, Angelina continued to work at the hospital, however, she was forced to preform abortions on prostitutes regularly. It was their unappreciative, selfish mindset that finally birthed her disregard for human life. She began to kill the prostitutes she preformed abortions on, staining them in the color she hated. Because they found that all the things she could never have weren't worth having at all, she felt that they didn't deserve to live. After Grell Sutcliffe, her crimson shinigami found her stabbing her first victim to death in an alley, they became Jack the Ripper together.
Angelina blossomed into a rather interesting woman. Now she carries herself as a frivolous, crude being who has all of the upper class' juiciest gossip, and quite a foul mouth when the occasion calls for it. Though her actions may come as a shock to most, it is this demeanor that grants her the ability to amuse, and dazzle anyone. Unless you're the topic of discussion of course! She has to be able to entertain the crowd, not only as the head of the Barnett household, but also as a woman with a few homicidal tendencies. Madam Red has a rare and wonderful bedside manner, but if you cross her she will get too close for comfort. Despite her deep hatred for red, she flaunts the color, dressing in her lavish clothing. She has no qualms with groping a handsome man if the opportunity presents itself, as shown when she rubs Sebastian's backside and offers for him to work as her butler instead of Grell. Despite this, she has a very strong maternal streak, bearing a deep adoration for children, especially her nephew, and Elizabeth, Ciel's fiance.
The snob in her often presents itself when Grell is around, deeming him incompetent and insulting him loud enough for him to hear. She will also exclude him from events and ignore him or send him off to the Phantomhive manor so she doesn't have to deal with him. Loud, and flamboyant, incredibly unorthodox, the glares she gets from others are never in disgust, however, they are in pure jealousy that she is always the bell of the ball. Don't let her loud, rude, pompous facade fool you. She is very brilliant, precise, determined, and cunning. She will make her presence known in an instant, but avert your attention elsewhere even after leaving you a trail of bread crumbs that would lead you right to her. She will use her hatred for the color red as ammunition to carry out her murders and wear it with pride rather than revel in her misery.
Angelina is very conflicted. Though it is hard for her to look at Ciel, feeling that he is a constant reminder of what should have been hers, and what she could never have, she knows that he is all that she has. She will always treat him as her own, even as far as dismissing him when he calls her 'Aunt Ann' because she always viewed him as her own son. She even makes Ciel dress up like a girl to get into a party because she always wanted a daughter she could dress up. It was her conflicted mind that spared the life of her nephew, and sacrificing her own. She saw her sister in his eyes, one of the people she loved the most, and she couldn't kill Ciel after she had been caught.
[Specialties/Abilities] Madam Red is a Doctor so she is very skilled in anatomy, and can remove organs with precision! She's also quite agile, but holds absolutely no super human abilities.
[Affection] Madam Red is quite flirtatious and crude, so she's pretty touchy, feely if she finds that the time is appropriate. But yeah, feel free to be as affectionate as you want.
[Fighting] Fight, injure, killer her, sure! She's pretty likeable though so the occasion may not even call for it. She will fight back if she feels her life is at risk, or someone she cares about, but she stays pretty neutral. (Unless you're Grell Sutcliffe, of course.)
