So sixth form… So far I’m finding Psychology the most interesting and fairly easy to pick up, though it’s going to be really hard to remember all the different theories.

Chemistry is definitely the most difficult, I had 3 and a half hours yesterday and my brain turned to mush. My class got out early and 5 of us just sat in the common room, silent, like ‘uhhh… words… hard…’.

RS seems like it’s going to be a very awkward version of last year. The first unit is Ethics and I’m already confused about my own views. I knew the definition of utilitarianism when she mentioned it! (and used someone’s argument against it) yay for lj quizzes and friends. We had a class discussion about people being scared of speaking out and she insisted that we all caved at times, but I couldn’t think of one. I even used my internal suspension for defending a friend who wasn’t to blame for what a teacher was yelling at her for as an example. And the time Amanda and I were waiting for a bus in a queue of over THIRTY adults and an old man fell off the curb onto the road and we were the only ones to rush forward and help him up (and we weren’t the closest).

English language is weird, I’m holding out judgement on that one. My teacher’s cool.

If you're dismayed at the world at least you’re on the right track…
