what a bizarre couple of days...
dylan came to visit yesterday. we had some fun with irish car bombs and legal pot. i don't really get it. haha. it was fun nonetheless. hanging out with the shagmaster d is always an adventure. haha. he got a taste of the umbc life that noone should have to taste.
today was the mewithoutyou, owen, the snake the cross the crown show at the ottobar. that was a lot of fun. the lead singer of mewithout you is a nutcase. he was all over the place, bouncing around, talking to kids in between songs and crazy acts such as those. we got a little lost after we dropped dylan off on our way to the club, so we stopped at a gas station to ask for directions. the cracked out black woman had us follow her to the club, and she even gave us a wrong direction. that was incredibly weird. anyway, we got there and saw the rock.
i got back from the show, went and got some breakfast from the dining hall (they offered a midnight breakfast tonight), and made my way back to the room. i got back here to find that my roommate left an 80 gig external hard drive on my desk. he said he doesn't and wont use it. i feel so bad, i don't deserve shit like that... i mean, it was so nice, but quite crazy.
ahhh now i have to get some sleep so i can get up and study. meh.
