HAPPY VDAY, EVERYONE!!!
Last year was a love/hate thing Valentines-wise...I had someone for the first time ever, but she was 6,000 miles away. I was miserable.
This year, there's someone much closer, and I have high hopes for the night. She's coming to my show (she's said about 30 times, lol), and I'm about 97% sure she'll actually show up. Hopefully she'll want to hang out after the guys and I play. I'm debating whether to get her something Vday related...not anything romantic, of course, that would just be creepy. Just like a stupid little bear or something, so she doesn't think that I'm totally ignoring the fact that she's spending her Vday seeing my stupid band play. April says I should get her a card and a single pink rose...but April also thinks I need to play games with this, which I disagree with. Brittany said a bear would be cute. I know what Stacy and Shar would say, so even if Shar weren't in VA for the week and Stacy wasn't on her way there right now, I don't know that I'd ask them. And I don't want to ask my mom because...well, that's a little fucked up. I don't know what to do, so we'll see if I actually end up getting her anything. *sigh*
Anyway, pretty please send me good thoughts for tonight? I need them...
