ooc: yumichika brings christmas cheer
Holiday gifts! Each student gets a generic holiday card decorated with flowers in their house colors, and a house-colored candycane. The professors each get slightly more elaborate cards and candycanes, keeping the house color theme. Yumichika's list of special gifts is short, because few are worthy. :p
Ikkaku: A sparkly scarf and knit-hat in Gryffindor colors. The hat has a felt lion on the front which roars whenever the Gryffindor Quidditch team scores a goal. Also, a charmed Strangler Vine plant, to be placed with whatever Ikkaku desires to protect. The vine will grab anyone Ikkaku does not want touching his things, and will hold them there until Ikkaku returns to punish them.
Quistis: A bronze hairpin with the Ravenclaw eagle ornamenting it. The eagle has sapphire eyes. He also got her a copy of Poisonous Plants & Their Potions.
Orihime: A large case of spun-sugar quills, and a miniature phoenix figurine. It sparkles. A lot. It also flies around and sings, but can be commanded to be still and quiet.
Demyx: A blue crystal ball with ever-changing water scenes inside.
Tifa: A black hand-held mirror decorated with tiny yellow flowers, and the Hufflepuff badger engraved on the back, that shows her reflection as what she'd look like if Yumichika gave her a makeover.
Ino: A bronze wall mirror decorated with blue flowers.
Swan: A gold bowl of floating never-melting swan-shaped candles with ruby eyes. They flap their wings and swim around prettily.
Professor Rangiku: A small, elegant tree, which blooms with subtle, softly-glowing flowers at night, and extravagant tropical flowers in the day.
Professor Nanao: A zen garden (the sand is sparkly) and a bonsai tree.
Professor Kenpachi: A sparkly eyepatch in Gryffindor colors, and a matching knit-hat and scarf. Also a set of golden display knives with red handles. They're wicked sharp.
