(no subject)
Long time, no post. So, another summer downriver. After being away at school I've realized that there is NOTHING fun to do at home anymore. Everybody is off doing their own thing, and by this point I only keep in touch with a select few people I graduated with.
I was originally supposed to start work on the 12th, then it got pushed back to the 19th, and now I'm supposed to call my "supervisor" and find out what's going on because apparently I won't be starting until this Wednesday? I'm not sure what's going on, but I'm irritated. I need money, really bad.
Along with being poor, I am still roommate-less. One of the girls I lived with last year royally fucked us over, so now we're stuck with a townhouse that has one person in it for sure. Livid doesn't even begin to describe how I feel. I'm not sure what day exactly is the last day to find someone to sign, but we are in a pickle. And it sucks. There's only so much you can do to try to find roommates, especially when you're 3 hours away from your future apartment. I wish I could rewind back 9 months and be like, "no, we aren't going to get this amazingly cute townhouse because I have this feeling that you are going to fuck us over, bitch." and all would be solved.
