(no subject)
Nothing new lately. I'm done with my finals, and I did surprisingly well despite the fact that I just did not care. This is the most excited I've ever been to come home, and I'm not sure why. It's not like I'll do anything, but still. I need a break from all of the BS that is college. Next week I'm shadowing my cousin in Taylor while she teaches. She's my second cousin, I think, and I haven't seen her in about four years so I'm not completely positive as to what she looks like. This should be interesting. I think it's fourth grade, too. I hated fourth grade, my teacher spilled coffee on my face.
Detroit might not keep Inge. Rather, Inge might not stay in Detroit. The Tigers were completely prepared to bench him and have him as a backup, but Inge would rather play for a team that will actually play him. I'm heartbroken, to say the least. I understand that our new lineup will be amazing since supposedly all of the players have been or are all-stars. But, whatever, it's BRANDON INGE! I hope he gets traded to a decent team that the Tigers play a lot cause I'll definitely go to those games.
So, I found out over thanksgiving break that I'm going to Costa Rica. That's exciting. I filed for my passport on monday, so hopefully it comes to me in time. I leave February 29th (leap year, how fun!?) and I'll be back on the 7th I believe? I have family who live there, so we're (grandparents, brother) visiting them. While there, we'll also be visiting the hot springs and a volcano. Woo. I hope my grandparents give me a speck of freedom. My brother and I want to go to the bars and just relax. Apparently many british people go there, so maybe I'll meet a nice Jude Law-esque Brit. I can be his nanny. Haaaa.
