my body can't decide if it wants to get better or throw in the towel & let the viruses & cooties run amok. i've echinacea'ed, i've airborne'ed, i even gave in & chinese medicine'ed (nasty stuff, it is). green phlegm means there's some kind of throat infection thing going on, right? other than that, i'm just tired. it doesn't feel like being sick.

green normally means bacteria and that you should look into getting a run of antibiotics, and this homeopathic girl is being honest. Zink is the main ingredients in the cold remedies you listed, but it will not cure a bacteria imbalance. If you really are green, then there is an infection. I hope that you feel better soon. always
