Merlin 3x10
I enjoyed the episode overall, mostly because of all the Gwennnn and her faaaace omg hearts. And Arthur/Gwen/Merlin OT3 forever, yes, they were all so adorable with each other here. And OMG THE CORONATION SCENE AT THE BEGINNING. QUEEN GUINEVERE. HAPPY MERLIN. HEARTS IN MY EYES. And Gwen and Merlin continue to be the best of bffs, eeee.
But. I couldn't compartmentalise this time. Morgana TRIED TO HAVE GWEN KILLED. ;___________; SHE SMIRKED WHILE GWEN WAS DRAGGED AWAY. AND GWEN KNOOOOOWS THAT HER EX-GIRLFRIEND WANTS HER DEAD. MY GIRLS, MY PRECIOUS GIRLS, WHAT HAPPENED. MY HEART IS COMPLETELY BROKEN. POSSIBLY THERE WAS SOME RAIN ON MY FACE.
This stupid show and my stupid attachment to these stupid characters, goddamn. I wish I could quit you, but Gwen's face is too compelling an argument for me to ignore. I just wish they hadn't entirely annihilated the ship of my heart because it makes it really fucking painful to watch sometimes.
I'll just be over here, working on the big damn fix-it AU where Morgana is currently riding like the wind to save Gwen. AS IT SHOULD BE.
