Things I don't talk about enough on my own journal - #1 : Glee
I love Glee, and have done since its very beginnings.
It's a mad show which demands you leave reality behind for an hour a week, and yet for all its what-the-fuckery, I love it to pieces. Because that's how I love... Flaws and all. I've forgiven four seasons of screwing with a couple I have shipped from day one (Will and Emma), only just survived the break up of my OTP (Kurt and Blaine), and endured couplings that I never imagined or ever wanted to see. But with its music and an ensemble cast that I really enjoy, it romances me and keeps my interest and loyalty.
Kurt was an obvious favourite character for me from the very start; sassy and smart with a razor sharp tongue. And then there is Rachel... Extremely complex with a somewhat distorted opinion of herself, ambitious, yet with heart and a quirky kindness for those who she truly loves. Those two were Glee to me, and with the addition of Darren Criss to play Kurt Hummel's love interest, they found the final ingredient that would keep me hooked until the end. Those two have an amazing chemistry that I will support until the end of time.
So expect to see me talk more here about Glee ( because most fandom corners are not safe places to be talking when you love the actors/characters/pairings I do) and please engage me if you're also a fan. I want to discuss the show with trusted people like those on my flist who I know can have differing opinions, but can discuss them respectfully.
