How Long Has it Been...?

Jan 26, 2004 16:37

Well, it's officially been two months and five days since my last post. Sorry if there's anyone who relies on this thing to know what's up in my life. So, here we go...

Alright. So, when you last heard from me, I was pissed at my parents for something. Honestly, I can't remember what I was mad at them for. I think they made me cancel a date with Erin for some dumbshit reason. Anyways, that blew over probably in a week at most.

My Christmas break went really well. I didn't get very many things, but that's because I got my big gift the next day, when I left with Kevin Call for Chile, yes, that's the long thin country in South America. Esta viaje fue muy bien, y yo estoy muy feliz que you lo fui. (That trip was very good, and I'm very happy that I went). We saw some pretty cool stuff, and met some relatives of Kev's, and I missed all of Chico, especially Erin, but I made it out alive (thank God). It was freakin awesome to be trusted enough by my parents and by Kevin's relatives to travel all the way down there and back by ourselves.

Next on the agenda, let's see, oh yeah, school sucks, as always. Classes are easy so far this semester, but the thing to remember? It's school, and school will always and has always sucked, with the exception of a select few classes and/or teachers that make it a little more fun. This list including Concert Band (where the class is fun, not so much that the teacher makes it fun, although Forrest is pretty cool sometimes) Mr. Sours (even though the class sucks donkey balls) and my Spanish 2 class, Doña Cindy included on the awesomest things about school list, she's one of the coolest teachers I've ever had.

Weekend before last, I went down to Stockton with Forrest, Jason Palmer, Neal Byers, Alan Burwell, Stephen Martin, and OH! Let's not forget everybodies favorite drummer, Justin Bell! We went to the North State High School Honor Band, and it was awesome cuz we were under the direction of Dr. Royce Tevis from Chico State. THat was really cool, cuz he's an awesome conductor, and really deserves the attention he's been given as a conductor. Although I was 7th chair out of 8, the antics pouring from Jason and Mr. Forrest all weekend were plenty to make up for that. If I wasn't so tired, I'd tell y'all about the Denny's story, maybe next post.

Anyway, that's it for now. I'll seriously try this time to keep updating regularly, and hopefully I'll not have to do anymore long-ass post's like this one. If you actually read this whole post, man you've got a lot of patience. Thanks everyone.

P.S. Erin, I'm sorry about what happened today, I hope you can forgive me, let's try and work through this, ok? I Love you, I always will.
