It's just a year for surprises.
Two fucking amazing things happened yesternight.
I finally got off my hairy duff and upgraded my computer to some pretty nice specs! With the help of the family, at least. It was the nicest birthday present I've received in the last decade, and I'm sure to get a lot more mileage out of the old box for a good while longer.
Also some dang football team nobody ever heard of, and who never did anything of note, won the fucking Super Bowl. I don't know that the Saints won anything before I was born, but that was the most amazing game I've seen. As soon as they all get their rings, they should end the team, kill themselves, and have their bodies sent to sea for a viking funeral, because holy hell there can't be any other recourse after such an enormous rise to victory.
