Finally! My ibook is fixed (new harddrive, woohoo), and a long weekend in sight.So here's a long overdue LJ article subzero style.
KL Trip (pre-School term)
I kinda like to see world renowned monuments in 2 different lights. Frankly, as much as I am seduced by night and the play of light upon shadows, I must say that personal preference would be for the day pic.
[Petronas Towers]1300 tickets would be given out free eberyday staring from 830am, so we smartypants went at 8am thinking that we could just get the ticks and walk in but we were shocked by the queue there. Lemme clarify that even Singaporeans waiting for Hello Kitties would have been appalled at this, so we had to come back another day for it. But the wait was worth it. Check this out:

I know it doesnt look THAT tall to u but really, thats just the top 1/3 of it. When we were walking towards it at Merdeka Square Meihui was saying "Very tall me? Like that only what...", and it was until we came to the base of it when we all went like "Ooooh..."
Beside Merdeka square is the Supreme Court of Malaysia. Hmmm. Youngsters nowadays really show no respect. Monkeying on the walls of justice. Apparantly this was the
