Easter went fairly well. sam found lots of eggs, and was more interested in playing with the shells than the candy inside. Except the marshmallow stuff, which she digs. A lot.
Little brother was reasonably well behaved, Tony was charming as he usually is though worryingly more fastidious. Because my mother is a little bit of a drunk (though not a mean or tempermental one - more funny/happy) she took a tumble a few days ago and put her shoulder/back out of sorts, so I did a huge amount of chopping/prepping for dinner. Made scalloped potatoes, ham, asparagus, and a couple of loaves of white bread.
Spent a few hours with Jim's mom, it was very pleasant, and as is usually the case, refreshingly not chaotic.
It seems TMBG are playing in Cleveland, Indianapolis, and Louisville. I will have to request jim request one of those so we can go. I think I'd prefer Indianapolis, but each of them are doable.
