OOC notes for a semi-event?

Phinny messed with Subaru. Kamui found Subaru. Kamui therefore flipped the hell out.
End result? Tonight, around 11:30pm or so (EST), any characters around the park would have seen and/or heard explosions in the park's slightly woody area. This was Kamui basically losing control and blowing up Phineas' tree. After this, Kamui will proceed to accidentally kill Phineas (or... kinda accidentally, anyway) by launching an unplanned attack that gets Phinny's throat by pure luck. So~ If you character was IN the park around this time, you're welcome to say they witnessed this, or saw the blood/Phinny's dead body afterwards.
And in case you're wondering, no Phinny isn't really dead XD He'll be aaaaall better after an hour or so.
