(no subject)
Hey! So Rick's birthday has come and passed. Saturday night we went to Heaven with our friend/RA Julian after only taking like 45 minutes to find it lol. But it was really fun and cool. The bartender, whose name was also Andrew, had a little crush on me (teehee!) which we knew because he kept leaning over the bar to whisper sweet nothings (very LOADED nothings) in my ear, and Rick, being the sweet guy he is, was pretending to be dating Julian while encouraging me to flirt with him for free drinks...which I did and we did get free drinks. And he gave me his number lol. I'm really using the fact that British gays aren't that cute to my advantage lol. I'm thinking I should try this strategy in other bars. But we ended up staying there until about 5:30 in the morning. Sunday was his actual birthday and I had a whole dinner planned, but apparently all supermarkets in London close early on Sundays, so we had to make due with what we had. It was still a nice day though. We super slept in and did boyfriendly things and cooked special dinner and watched a movie and I still had time to finish my hw!
In other news, our fabulous trip to Paris next weekend is booked. We're currently in the process of planning out our three days there, making reservations, etc. IT'S GONNA BE SO MUCH FUN AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!! Our hotel is right next to Notre Dame and pretty close to the Louvre and across the street from the Eiffel Tower.

And in a few weeks we're going to Amsterdam with a bunch of our friends here. The best thing about living here is that travel is so easy and inexpensive. There are flights to various European cities from here for as little as 10p (about 20 cents) which I don't understand. But I don't have to understand it. And apparently, the Euro is a lot closer to the dollar than the pound is which is GOOD. Life is so good. Good good good. I love London. Yes yes yes. Love!
P.S. They have raspberry kit kats here. YUM!
