YAY so Fantasia won. How nice. I seriously don't think her voice is suited to that belty American Idol style though. She needs to stick with funk, jazz, blues and light R&B stuff. I liked the last episode, considering that it was the only episode I watched of the entire season. But, hey, that's really all that matters. And the cycle repeats in a few months anyway so it's not like I really missed anything. And the pop factory churns out another swiftly burning star. SIGH, that's the sad thing about American Idol-while it sky-rockets these people into stardom it simultaneously ruins their chances at longevity. SO sad. And speaking of burned out stars, wasn't Kelly Clarkson singing well tonight? I always thought she was sucky live, but she was hardly "pitchy" or (lol to Ian) "rangey(?!?!?!)" at all. YAY for her. Keep on fighting for that spotlight, Kelly. WELP, I'm pretty tired, so I'll cy'all tomorrow. Love!
